vvv how much do u guys sleep my garmin sleep score is poor. supposed to sleep for 7.45 hrs but last 7 days u can see – it has been only 6 hrs 10 min on avg.never once gone beyond 6.5, two times it has been 5 hrs 15 mins. so sleep deficit which is also bad for health. resting bpm is ok but what shud i do to better my sleep time. quality is also so-so with 1 hr of deep sleep and 4 hours of light sleep and 1 hr of REM
