vvv heart rate during the 33 min run of 5km today 17 aug 2025 – at 1756 when i started my rate was around 70bpm, in 6 mins it moved to 123, in 10th minute to 140-odd, stayed there till end of the run – hovered same range and went to 144bpm, not more. imm after run, it came down to 105 in 4 min after the run.now time is 1912, almost 50 min after run. i hv taken bath and am resting now. heart rate is 52bpm
