on 2nd sept tuesday sathish takes the 11.20 am flight to delhi

on 3rd sept wednesday, 3pm flight – rajani and niharika travel to dehradun

on 3rd sept night 9pm, sathish receives his self drive car at delhi airport

on 3rd sept at 730pm, chilpu na2 boards her flight from chennai to delhi

meanwhile, for 3rd sept night-4th sept morning-rajani and niharika halt at clarks inn dehradun

on 3rd sept, after receiving chilpu at delhi airport, both of them drive straight to rishikesh. So on 4th sept early morning, they reach around 3-4am, rest in rajani hotel itself for some 3-4 hour. Around 8am on 4 Sept, they drive to karchi base camp of indiahikes ( near joshimath). shud reach by evening 5pm and meet indiahikes team

from 4th sept evening – indiahikes team takes over – as per their itinerary – ie next day to poolna, halt at gangaria etc. voucher for sathish and nisha enclosed (na1 has the other voucher)

on 8th sept evening we reach back karchi base camp. on 9th sept morning, we drive down from karchi back to dehradun starting in the morning. we will drop rajani/niharika wherever ( pooja’s place?). myself and na2 then proceed to delhi, shud reach by 1130pm on 9th sept. On 10th Sept morning 230am, our ticket from Delhi to chennai ( for sathish and na2)

10th sept 5am – sathish and na2 go to iit madras hostel, drop her. sathish then carries on. Sathish may take a day’s rest at chennai and arrive in blr on 11th Sept (not yet sure)

10th Sept evening 1835 hours, niharika and rajani have a flight back from dehradun to blr. Ticket already given above ( same ticket has forward and return details)
