It costs around Rs 1300 per set*. After putting on PPE, we can immediately come to anyone’s help *without risk of infection or hesitation*. Preparation is always better. pl remember that it will be another 2 years before vaccine is actually injected into our bodies (best scenario). So we need to face another 2 years – pl remember. People started consuming pain-killers a decade ago, Panadol STAYS in the Liver for a Long Time…It ultimately accumulated in the Birds’ systems & they could not cope with it My husband was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as the hospital is planning to set up a database of its patients and he knows some of the doctors quite well. The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are not willing to take PANADOL / PARACETAMOL. In fact, they will turn Herbal Medicine or find other alternatives. This is because Panadol is toxic to the body, and it harms the liver. According to the doctor: Panadol will remain in the body for at least 5 years…..!! And according to the doctor, there was an air-hostess who consumed lots of Panadol as she needed to stand all the time and work under lots of pressure. She’s now in her early 30’s, and she is undergoing kidney cleaning (DIALYSIS) every month. Whenever we have a headache, that’s because it is due to the electron / Ion imbalance in the brain. Some alternative solution to cope with headache is to Drink lots of water. Another method will be to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it brings the blood pressure down from your throbbing head. As Panadol is a pain killer, the more Panadol you take, the lesser would be your threshold for pain (your endurance level for pain). We all will fall ill as we age. Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a substantial amount of Panadol (Pain Killer), when you need to have a surgery or operation, you will need a much more amount of general anaesthesia. The thought is scary enough to turn me to Herbal Medicine or other healthier alternative. Value your health, value your life, THINK TWICE before you easily pop that familiar pill into your mouth again all of us are are also feeling very helpless about not being able to help. so our biggest help to our family is- PREVENT ANY MORE CASES esp SENIOR CITIZENS. for this purpose, all precautions as usual – ie mask, sanitiser. DO NOT call their nos, or daughters nos. they will call if they need anything. let them pl focus on things. 2. if possible, pl arrange a hotel/room next to kings hospital where satish can stay 3. any empty flats in napad – to be made avlble so pl inform family accordingly. eg – my flat in lakview rd is avlbe. any of us can use this place with key from security person by just telling them codeword “sudha”. we can use this, golden Jubilee etc as our own quarantine centers, even AFTER the treatment. 4. I remember that few years back, raghu mama proposed ” health fund” for napad. somehow we missed accumulating. now is the time to ask for contribution from everyone for this “napad health fund” for those who don’t hv enough insurance or where there is immediate cash requirement 5. keep ready 2 or 3 agencies in chennai who will provide nurses/helpers. similarly 2-3 caterers, sanitation agencies etc. if we hv this ready database, one of us can easily coordinate. 6. one youngster with vehicle can be designated to assist satish. he can do errand work for bringing, taking saaman etc 7. i hope everyone has taken covid insurance.
