He pointed out the problem as “tank damage” and hence the leak. According to him, this is because the installation technician had not fixed a “escape valve” (RMV valve) and hence the built-in pressure has caused the tank to breach. He said he will immediately inform you, so that you can order another tank and install. He has indicated that it will take 3 days time to complete the work. I also understand that there is NOTHING that is payable at our end.
