towards physical fitness, have established a process for last four weeks which i want to point out to. See the 4-week chart. 1. As much as possible, i dont miss the gym. I do 20 min of strength and 1 hr of cardio. You can see the 4-week chart – green means “well above standards” 2. There have definitely been days when i have missed – eg the cauvery trip, the 2 day trip to chennai ( where i even left my garmin behind), yesterday when i was looking after rb illness, 1-2 more days due to low battery etc. But by and large, i have never missed the gym 3. this process has also put me in unfortunate trouble, ie 6th march 2026 when i cud not wind down on time. So, the absolute resolve is to leave for gym max by 7pm come what may. or dont go at all. —— healthwise i seem to be ok. a. Just 2-3 days during the month of stomach unease due to acidity. b. no headache (except one day on return from chennai). have stopped having food after 430pm every day. c. but on flipside, still not started taking protein shake regularly (only 2-3 times during entire month i have had). d. also, need to properly establish water-drinking process with that new 2-litre bottle (am slowly getting on top of it). e. sleep is something else which is a concern – my scores are between 55 to 80, but more in the 70s side. i guess i cant tweak too much on sleep score, though. on avg i take 12.1k steps each day for last 30 days. But i forgot to mention that my food binging has not stopped. my cauvery trip plus my wedding trip – two days of full excessive meals – since i am unable to control once i see the food in the menu
