3. gargeshwaran (sethu vadhyar youngest bro) performed poojai for vinayakar vigraham for 11-12 yrs…also went to vivekananda univ to perform poojai there, but quit within a few months.
4. Gokul Krishnan mumbai, equity specialist, mulund house, father savings donated to puducode temple renovation towards kumbhabhishekam. paragliding. bira near dharamshala, himachal, ocean swimming, weight training. wife, homemaker, daughter engg, son Srihan, 11th goes to churchgate.

Gokul and self walked streets of vadakkanthara village, saw the thodu (pond) next to gowri shankara, some boys bathing and playing in water, green but clean water…had two cups chai, 24 rs…spoke about random stuff, gokul very soft and gentle person, does not talk much, keeps to himself and very sincere, bought house (apt 2nd floor) in puducode post covid, under lock and key…visits puducode every year for navaratri aaraam vilakku…4 days at least.

16. ramesh anna lots of goodwill in kovai, guruvayurappan devotee, kerala mural of g’appa. carried in white verna to pavithram. related to cs wheels restaurant owners (c sitarama iyer). can get menu customised, e.g. single poori, half pongal etc.
17. cs iyer family also owned geetha canteen earlier now sold to christan people owners of arasan soap, but staff and cooks same as earlier. ramesh lives on 5th floor of cyprus oaks with rema manni, dau, sil live on mettupalyam road. has an innova and kia carnival apart from verna. everyday buys food for atleast one poor person. gives 50/100 rs to deserving on road.
18. gratitude day – ananth, father, mother, babu+wife (dau weekend getaway with friend planned weeks in advance). Vijay, roopa, sumathi, parents. mama wrap around glasses post cataract, slim and trim, mami same, thangavel appa, wife, raghu mc, did a great job, tons of anecdotes etc, deep works, triveni mining, synergy shipping suresh. iot expert, christian name (robinson?) ex honeywell, madan sir chairman of rathinam grp, in pattu veshti on the way to marriage function, shankar (sai krishna father) spoke well, dxc bangalore, chided me for my brief speech, lots of leg pulling, krishna sabari malai vratham, monday going to malai, son working in chennai, pg staying not liking it unlike when he stayed in blore for 1.5 yrs. daughter studying in 12th. madhu and wife sindhu attended, sindhu hr manager at mahat. featherlite distributor friend of annam catering, sings well , sai krishna ex cricketer, played at college level, injury, now does data analytics and insights for sai sudarshan, sai kishore, prasidh krishna etc also works in mahat part time. over 15 people spoke sincere and high praises for ananth and roopa for their sincerity and high ethics, Srikanth of JCSS too mentioned about it in his speech. another shankar (UK) father wheelchair, bfsi expert, credit suise, natwest, barclays, lloyds bank etc…asked me lots of Qs about my work, low-level details etc…slightly irritated. Vijay recovering from dengue/chicken gunia etc…limping, slow walk but same spirit…hitting me under belt…enjoyed.
19. 10,000 sq ft office space, one part of mahat ops functions like a GCC for Deep Works, rest for other clients, presently 60/70 staff, place can accomodate 150/170 people. Triveni CEO suggested this move to Rathinam Tech Park.
20. Platform licensing model and creative contracting allows Mahat to keep monthly burn to a minimum.
21. RTP campus highly conducive for academia-industry collaboration. Mahat to develop software and processes for RTP education and colleges too.
22. Subbu plus two friends now fully exited Synergy and are on a different pivot. Launched OpenEgo line of products – organic agarbathis, home/ toilet freshners etc.

On the way back visited Suresh @ srinivasan home in Nurani new extension, suresh lived in bangalore for over 12 yrs, hbr layout, near bhagyam mami house. now in nurani, catering, cousin NS catering and spices. wife and two young daughters , 3 to 5 yrs old respectively. first floor home, mahaperyava collage, narayana theerthar photo. tiruvisalur ramki anna follower.
25. while at vadakkanthara village, saw nataraj kumar’s house (seshans), next house also kumar and the other side also kumar, instamart delivery, top ramen noodles family pkt 6 nos, pkus othet items delivery, daughter 4 yrs old small kid, does not like noodles mother  only eats.
26. umalyalpuram sivaraman mama look alike 70 to 75 yrs old, drives light brown swift desire old model parked near temple.
27. gowri shankara marriage hall good, non ac, can accomodate 150 people, plus dining outside handwash, ac rooms outside, backside lots of land unused.
28. simple but very cosy and homely wedding, polar opp of chennai wedding at mrc hall. very good breakfast – wheat halwa, idly, thengai chutney getti, tomato chutney, sambar, pongal, dosai, coffee. lunch – typical palakkad sadya adapradaman and chakkapayasam. olan was so-so.
29. easwari madam gave me tamboolam plus bhakshnam pkt, tengai from tamboolam gave to periamma at cyprus oaks.
30. venkatesh showed other houses in vadakkantara village incl namaskara mandapam.

34. walked from afac to annapakshi on the same road 1.5 kms, towards sungam, road narrows christian cemetery on right and beef/mutton stalks on left, muslim area.
35. on way back from annapakshi saw roadside vendor fancy cart selling mexican dessert, tres leches cake..? plus other desserts and ice-creams.
36. passed thru large bungalows of kovai police commissioner, dist magistrate, principal district judge, other imp high ranking govt officials.

38. anjali (prv anna younger bro dau) studied fashion and luxury fashion brands mgmt from a very reputed univ from paris with exchange program at NYU manhattan campus. travelled with us from palakkad to cbe, meeting her friend introduced by Jyothi blore son aditya? anjali summer interned at estee lauder in bkc mumbai office, louis vuitton, moet hennessy, chanel, versace, dolce gabbana, ferragamo, hermes, prada, pierre cardin brands mentioned during conversation. looking for job serous hunt, last one year, jobs site, linkedin etc. carnatic music learnt from when she was 5 yrs old, fav ragam shanmukhapriya, keeravani etc likes ragas with a bit of pathos, fav song venkatachala nilayam by unnik, fav singers tmk, unnikrishnan, kj yesudas (carnatic snobs don’t like him), raga sisters, also likes darbari kanada. studied class 1 to 12 at amritha school chennai, mother also teacher at same school, does not follow mata amritanandamayi who claims to be God herself, unlike isha sadhguru, sri sri ravishankar etc.
39. sang in prv anna mother’s function and shashtipoorthi and ulgaatanam (venkatesh mentioned). among old singers likes maharajapuram santham and chembai ( heard a bit on yt).
40. venkatesh coffee treat at aanandhas at 35 rs per cup of coffee, 4 cups. sat outside and had coffee, weather was pleasant outside opp of palakkad outside weather was sultry inside choultry was pleasant.
41. booked go taxi from periamma’s house very good fast service, reasonably priced, stopped at A1chips on peelamedu and bought nendram chips and thattai.
42. reached airport at 5:15 pm, checkin and security by 5:40, went to lounge on first floor, finished dinner, skipped food onboard air india.
43. harmonium vidwan sri. manikandan wife’s sister is eashwari madam, exchanged pleasantries with him smiling-buddha (my name for vid manikandan),  simple vidwan, daughter doing phd in forestry in varanasi univ after completing her post-grad from same place, bsc agri from palakkad/cbe? very talented bhajan singer, reception evening bhajan by her, her brother studying btech 3 yr at tripunithura/trissur.
44. marriage breakfast opp venky and I, seated thin, old vadhyar, squint, smiling and nod head with familiarity, venky and I, peels of laughter, venky gently chided me not to laugh but involuntary laughter came.
45. during onward journey to cbe next seat Col diwakar dikshit from bareilly UP. in indian army, posted in j&k, wife manisha gehlot dikshit retd commander navy 21 yrs service, he too was in navy 10 yrs and 11 yrs in army, still serving, on their way to Nilgiris, lawrence school lovedale son shivansh class 6 interview. Daughter Divyansh class 12 delhi navy school stays with mother.
46. col dikshit, loves old hindi bollywood songs and hind classical and ghazal songs…was enjoying with earpods oblivious to surroundings…have me earpod and played two ghazals of mehdi hasan…I loved them…very soothing…though lyrics problematic.
47. met tandaveshwaran mama’s daughter, lives in kodandaram layout, osborne road (same mama house), her sister and hubby too were there, they are in whitefield. related to easwari madam, grand father etc. mentioned have seen her in odukkathur mutt, samooham etc, she attended naamasmaran progs at mudaliar sangam recently.
48. all in all excellent two days, packed but had a nice time.
