sleep 16-sept-2025 – 63 score, 6.5 hrs 1130 to 630am,deep sleep almost imm but then after 3am only light due to throat pain sudden,rem low at only 20 min,55 bpm heart, almost 40 min restlessness awake – mainly towards end didnt notice.1.5 hrs deep
