Have got both gift deeds of Jain Farms in hand and given to Rajani. 1. Stamp duty receipt ( registrar office) – 2 bills attached – 1.01 L – paid yesterday 2. 3.7K – small amounts paid to registrar office staff – this is as per lawyer so no receipt and cant be verified – paid yesterday 3. 2K+2K paid for patta(khatha) ( slip will be provided to us in some days time and we will then approach VAO for patta name change) – paid yesterday 4. 12K+12K – cash given to registrar for convenience money – this is as per lawyer so no receipt. Apparently this amount was discussed clearly with Srikanth earlier itself so i did not press. left it at that – this was also paid yday.5. Lawyer fees : 13K given earlier today 8K was paid – they asked for 23K total but vidya baskar agreed for total 21K ( not 20K) – so this 8K amount was paid today Trust this completes JF documentation work. We can do patta alongwith sanction plan at a much later date
