parivahan.gov.in – here we have vahan and sarathi. unfortunately i used qr and went to vahan. and more unfortunately i dont hv any vehicle in my name. the old scooter is in rajani name, the new ather scooter is in niharika name, both cars are in rajani name. so, then went to sarathy to put my mobile no details. there it already said that my mobile no is registered!
