I did 16km run today in a time of 1hr 59 mins 30 secs ( ie under 2 hrs) – which means avg of 8 kmph. burnt 1400 cals, sweated 2 litres of water. kept my heart rate in control – avg of 152 bpm with the highest being 170-odd. Of the 2 hours, ran for 1.25 hrs and fast-walked for the rest 35 mins. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/20202829013 / pace 7.35 mins/km, body temperature went upto 32 degrees. progress was this – 1km in 7 mins, 2 in 14-odd, 3 in 21-odd, 4 in 28, 5 in 36, 6 in 44, 7 in 51-odd. in 60 mins, i did 8.05 km ( a record). 10 km in 75.22 mins, in 99.35 mins, i cross 12.9 km. total 15.00 km in 118.20 mins, which was not bad at all. heavy sole pain after run.1 hr rest sprawled towel, 2 bottles water, shoe torn, knee guard, vaseline, johnny movie familiar old movie always good. raaja songs wonderful distraction, both fans full blast
