coopra reference sap run done today dry run towards bengaluru marathon.very badly organised, full peak hour traffic, only 13th km i had water, elevation inside layout, then walk rk hedge nagar started running mall place motivation was full rounding of km, 5 in 43, 6 in 51 and 7 in 60, 11.6 happened in 100 minutes, till 13 it was ok then fully tapered to just walk, 15 in 140 i think, 17 in 2.39 ie 159. missed tunnel at kasturi so to baiyyappanahalli metro up ramp cross bridge down suddgunte palya lima 740 ml rr 40 rr 7 rr 10 water drdo pedestrian gate bhuwaneshwari park gm palya right leg front abrasion felt thigh problem mudeela anni so 10.50, 1130 pace pavement manageable / bengaluru walking 125 m ascent total 3.22 hours 1400 calories burnt 21.03 kms pace 9.39 first 108 min cud manage good pace then completely slowed down/heart rate avg 150 initiallly then 110 maybe/2.5 litre sweat water lost only aerobic benefit no anerobic/have detailed how i did the 21k – km 3 to 9 awesome , 14&15 quite bad, somehow kept it at 10 pace the last few kms
