Hope all good at ur end. Since tomorrow is rent-paying date, i wanted to give you the calculations as per our rent agreement.

1st lease period = Aug 15, 2023 to July 14, 2025

2nd lease period = July 15, 2024 to June 14, 2025

3rd lease period = June 15, 2025 to May 14, 2026

So, July 2025 rent payable tomorrow ( 10 July 2025) = 5% increase => Rs 1875 => Rs 39,375

Also, (1/2) month increment balance for June 2025 = 1875/2 = Rs 938

So, please pay 39375+938 = Rs 40,313

Also, just for your information => GR Maithri maintenance is increased by Rs 1.20 every month ( since extra for tenanted properties). So i am paying Rs 1250 extra as maintenance every month, from April 2025 onwards.

Repeat, only fyi, since anyway it is included in the rent payment from ur side.
