X0-hi bhaskar&friends, over the weekend, myself and the landlady discussed intensely, especially since her stance had been inflexible hitherto. Her two primary arguments were : a. We had informed you in June 2025 itself of the exact proposal, and there had been ample time-lapse thereafter b. Our own dipstick market survey has thrown up rent yields well above this number ( whether it diverges hugely from your own findings can be debated between us ad-nauseum) —– However, I did manage to wrest a small gesture. First 3 months 70K ( as against your request of 6 months). Rest of agreement tenure : 75K —— We are going out of town for the next eight days so do take time to ponder, and revert to us either way. Am hoping that you wud positively consider continuing the tenancy, based on which, once we are back, we can action with documentation and other stuff. Txs, and have a nice week ahead with lots of more international travel !

X2 – rsathya2@gmail.com sathish aichu Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s life is a lesson that good health is the ultimate wealth. Because beyond a few crores, it is just a number. This covid lockdown created a new class of home bound traders, who are not doing any physical activity. A combination of sedentary lifestyle plus lack of physical activity plus stress in mind is a deadly combination. A few years ago for new year once RJ was asked what his wish was. He said, Doctors had advised him movement and to give priority to his health. He admitted he was lazy, and somehow avoiding it plus he loved his drinks in the evening. Finally it proved to be a fatal combination. Physical activity is a must. Walking in the Sun daily is a must. 62 is definitely no age to die

In 2017, after roaming around in hot sun, she was admitted to local hospital in Srirangam. Doctor said “low sodium”, dont worry ! But against advice of “local” doctor, we discharged her in middle of night paying Rs 1500 bill. Then we admitted her in Apollo Trichy. All tests were done, she was in Apollo for 4 days. Bill = Rs 70000. But diagnosis = Same thing ( “low sodium”) Just remembered incident ( since same thing in opposite direction)
