running 11th sept 2025 after 8 day gap – my run of last nite : did 15km in 2 hours. approx. speed of 8.2 kmph. v tiring. but great timing for first 10 km. ie 1 km in 6.30, 2 in 13.20, 3 in 20.30, 4 in 27.30, 5 in 35.20, 6 in 42.30, 7 in 50.10, finished 8.25 km in 60 minutes, 10 km by 74.10 mins. But then I slacked into complete walking only. So finally 15 happened in 1.59.50 ( I purposely slowed down and extended to 1.59.50, though I cud not finished faster / heart rate concerning avg 156 max 174 bpm/last 5 km i was mostly walking 1350 calories consumed 1.8 litre water sweated 5 aerobic 3.1 anerobic 75 min run, 45 min run total 120 min, laps 1st, 2nd, 4th,6th km great
