i compiled my sleep scores just to get clear idea clarity. bought my garmin 180 days back, and have measured sleep for about 80 of those days. Avg score is around 68-69. highest-ever has been 87 ( lowest in 20s and 30s does not matter since it was during the days i was traveling). there is NO pattern in my score, its just random. the comments are mostly – not enof REM. other comments are – shorter than ideal, intermittent sleep, unbalance sleep stages, poor quality, non-restorative etc ( of course few days when i have had more than 80 score it says long and continuous, plenty of deep etc). unlike pallavi, it has never said plenty of REM.
