It aims to help reduce feelings of isolation, reflect on memories of the departed, learn how to respond to questions from family and children, and find comfort, support, and closure. The session will include simple mindfulness practices such as grounding and breathing exercises. What this session is not: It is not an investigation, a forum for questioning, a place for judgment, or a substitute for individual therapy.
