26 aug 2025 did 1.1 hrs gym pradeep trainer 5pm-6pm after rupal left.warmup cross hand clap touch toes hand front twist / deadlift 10 times *3, legs inside touch toe then spread till end reverse run, bench boxing weights left then move to right, lunge leg front balance back straight, hands up leg run 50 times, bench palm down other hand up show ceiling, lie on back rock crawl front again back lie, burpees, stand squat with weights, swing big dumbbell, stretches leg w shape, back with hand behind head. so 53 minutes, 125 bpm avg, 450 calories burnt, everytime reduced my heart beat, 2.7 aero/2.3 anero very erratic heart rate. then did elliptical 10 min 120 cals burnt heart kept on increasing to 160 full 2.4 aero, L7 difficulty 20+ speed, 155+speed
