X0-given the very bad landslide/cloudburst situation in joshimath, We had a quick meeting on VOF now – sats, na1,rb. 1. We decided that come what may, we will proceed as per the flight plans. 2. however, given landslide situation etc, i will not do seldrive. So i have canceled the self-drive car ( got entire money back except for Rs 640 cancel charge) 3. i have also booked IH (indiahikes) tempo for myself and na2 ( na1 – u need to do for both u guys from ur login) 4. from delhi airport to rishikesh, na2 and me will hire a 1-way cab ( it costs only around 3k) to reach clarks rishikesh by 330am or so on 4th morning. Clarks to LiveFree is 4 km away ( 5 min by auto/cab etc) – so we will leave ur hotel by 5am and reach easily by 515am 5. As for pooja, let rb decide on what she needs to communicate to her. however, if na1/rb need hotel accomodation on 9th night, pl inform me. i have not done it yet, will hv to do it 6. it is about 4.5hrs drive back to delhi. so as soon as IH tempo arrives back in rishikesh, myself and na2 will hop onto another 1-way cab and leave for delhi on 9th evening. ——- if the IH tour itself is cancelled, then we will plan another tour itinerary from rishikesh, to strech till the time of our respective departures from delhi/dehradun on 9th/10th
