rahul vijay my tenant 3tascar ashirwad building usually regular 5th of month pays this month. rent is 17650 from 1 dec 24 to 30 oct 2025. balance rr 6800 pending am chasing him right from 10th (after giving 5 day grace). see my good morning mails to him. he even promised to pay on monday, but still hasnt. today he said some issue in account ( regular excuse for all defaulters), but will pay today. lets see.
