vvv today 17 aug 2025 even without putting on “activities” in garmin, it has detected my treadmill run. myself and rajani did a 5k in our gym. she finished in 38 minutes, i completed mine in 33.10. constant speed of 9kmph from beginning to end. 3rd machine from left. 1 km in 6.40, 2 in 13.20, 3 under 20 min, 4 in 26-odd, finished 5.00 in 33.10 or so. even breathing, raaji says my breathing became alright the last few mins and i was not panting. i wore simple braces on both knees. also used nixxa gift asics black shoes for first time – v comfortable
