vvv sats walk thoraippakkam stopped with about 25 km of walk ( 20 km till fri 12 midnite and 4 km on sat morn till 130am ( i had my dinner from 1245am to 115am). note – snapshot of 19.42 was taken at 1149pm, so i wud hv crossed 20 by midnite) cud hv walked much more but the continuous rain over 3 hrs ( it started at 930 till 1230😭) was irritating, esp the cars splashing, the puddles etc. but seriously, cud hv easily done 35 ( that was the original plan, ie, walk till 3am) chennai is easily open till 3am. i had my dinner at 1245 -115am at geetham restaurant ( remember, we ate there in tnagar after the vummudi purchase) started quite late ( 8pm), went straight to neelankarai beach, also sat there for a few mins. it was then that it started raining. anyway… the late start was bcos i reached my hotel only at 515pm, and slept till 7pm, then lazily got up, had a tea etc
