No. INRD 145 of Book-I, in the office of the Sub-Registrar Shivajinagar (Indiranagar) and was put in absolute possession of the aforesaid property. WHEREAS the DONORS have acquired the title and ownership of the schedule property from out of his own personal earnings and savings, derived the title as mentioned supra and the schedule property is their self-acquired property.WHEREAS the Katha and other revenue documents in respect of the schedule property stands mutated in the name of the DONORS. WHEREAS in consideration of natural love and affection in favour of DONEEs, who is their Grand Daughter and Daughter respectively the DONORS are desirous to transfer the ownership of the Schedule property by way of gift under these presents. Hence this Gift Deed.NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:1. That in consideration of the natural love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEEs who is their Grand Daughter and Daughter respectively, the Donors do hereby and hereunder renounce all their right, title and interest with intent to vest the Schedule Property in favour of DONEE and grant convey, transfer, give and assure unto and to the use of the DONEE freely and voluntarily the Schedule Property and on this day delivered possession of the Schedule property unto and in favour of the DONEE TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for their use and benefit absolutely.2. That the DONORS out of natural love and affection and without force or compulsion or undue influence and coercion with their free will and in full possession of their body, senses, hereby give, transfer and convey the Schedule Property unto the said DONEE free from all encumbrances, court attachments, litigations, maintenance charges, claims and demands whatsoever together with all the rights of way, easements of necessity, water courses, drains, privileges and appurtenances, advantages whatsoever with the Schedule Property to have and to hold the Schedule Property jointly hereby gifted unto and to use of the said Donees forever and absolutely. 3. The Donors do hereby covenant with the Donee that notwithstanding any act, deed or thing hereto before done, exclude or knowingly suffered to the contrary, the donors have full power and absolute authority and indefeasible title to gift the Schedule Property and the Donee shall hereafter peacefully and actually hold, possess and enjoy the Schedule Property without any claim and demand, disturbance or interruption whatsoever from the Donor. 4. That the Schedule Property has been transferred by way of gift without any let or hindrance whatsoever from or by the Donor or any person or persons claiming from under or in trust of them. 5. That the Donor hereby places the Donee in actual vacant possession of the Schedule Property on the date of these presents before the witnesses hereunder. That the gift of the Schedule Property and possession of the same is hereby accepted by the Donees.6. That the gift of the Schedule Property in favour of the Donee by Donor is absolute and irrevocable under any circumstances.7.
