ttt Respected Sir/Madam, We are parents of “Ms Nisha Sathish”, Btech Electrical Engg 1st year student, EE23B130, Room no 619, Swarnamukhi Hostel The child has been sick for the last three days ( between 101 to 103 degree temperature), and has been consulting with the institute Hospital. Diagnostic tests were done today evening ( Sunday, 30th March 2025, 6pm), and will be followed by more tests during tomorrow, to check for dengue. Meanwhile, we are leaving by car from Bengaluru, to reach by 10am-12 noon tomorrow ( Monday, 31st March 2025). We are planning to be with the child for 2 days, so we seek accomodation at Taramani Guest House for 2 days, ie : 31st March 2025 to 2nd April 2025. Since the student is unable to move, we shall comply with all formalities like hostel warden form-filling etc after we reach. Very grateful to Rajni Mam for taking time out to discuss with me ( and thanks to Prerna Mam for her effort of today morning) 2. Till now, I have paid the full amount Rs 50K, which is 26K for Embassy and 24K ZI Service Charges. 3. My understanding on ZI Service Charge is for “advising” and “guiding” me by giving me list of extra documentation / additional documentation for Visa application. “Simply Lodging” an application just with the documents given by my side, would not justify your ZI Service Charge of 24K since even I as the client can do directly on the Embassy Website! 4. I had promised that Prerna that in case of any new documentation to be prepared by ZI ( eg Affidavit to be submitted to Consul with lawyer signature etc), *in that case I am always happy to pay extra*. But NOT FOR JUST GIVING ME A CHECKLIST AND ASKING ME TO ADD MORE DOCUMENTS ( eg – my payslip of Jan 1999) which i already have readily in my computer! 5. And as i stressed to Rajni Mam, we have not even obtained a “simple checklist of documents” from ur side yet. 6. So, we have three options now : a. ZI guides me, just by telling me the list. I will myself prepare and send the missing documents, and we lodge. I will not pay anything extra to ZI (and/or) b. ZI says that a new “X” document will have to be prepared by ZI ONLY ( which IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BE PREPARED AT MY END) : I AM HAPPY TO PAY ZI FOR THIS DOCUMENT “X” BASED ON DISCUSSIONS. ———- If the above is not acceptable to you, request you to please process my refund. Extremely disappointed with the hotel. Hotel is undergoing renovation, but they still have kept one wing for room reservation. Whole day – noise of construction, hammer, drilling, carpentry etc – not a single moment of peace. And u cannot view from the window or open the curtains because workers are all working on the other side and u can see each other. Hotel lobby and few other places full of dust. Also lot of construction equipment is being taken continuously up the lift, which meant lot of waiting time for the lift. One room was properly equipped ( room 319), the other room was very small and many std amenities ( eg sofa), side table were missing. Intercom was not working in this room. Since construction vehicles, car parking was also a big problem. In short, A MOST MOST LOUSY EXPERIENCE. PLEASE PLEASE DONT VISIT BENZZ PARK TILL ITS RENOVATION IS DONE. IT IS A CRIME TO KEEP HOTEL OPEN FOR ROOM BOOKINGS DURING TIME OF RENOVATION – LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE TOO GREEDY FOR THE MONEY dear pradeep sir/ kenny mam / others at privr, each of us in my school want to commit to privyr for the LONG TERM. we want to USE ur product by loading our contacts and files, and send to people with the SIGNATURE LINK so that we EVANGELISE ur product thoroughly. as i told u over phone, the Free version itself is sufficient for us. it offers unlimited leads, we dont need more than 1 webform, we dont need more than 1-2 groups, we dont use crm as a “team”, we dont need mass export, we dont need lead alert or its distribution, we dont need custom fields or its distribution etc etc. hence, where i am coming from is from A SENSE OF OBLIGATION. we want to BUY ur pro version to show our SOLIDARITY and CONFIDENCE in privyr for the long term.
