vvv if u think i lead active life mistaken. i average only once or twice running a week. rest is othala poi to kudumbam. so just see last week. i bought garmin on 9th aug – am supposed to have been v active. but even there, i have exactly done only two rounds of running. and no gym ( i took excuse from my gym trainer due to my 10K)
