its been 15 days since i bought garmin. its been useful in motivating me to focus on fitness,run,gym etc. when i started it gave me fitness age as 51, now it has brought it down to 49. it had given me initial step target of 9.5K per day, now it has automatically increased my target to 14.5k/day. sleep is a big concern, score dipping every other day, even today i had woken up at 430am itself. avg of 2000-2200 calories burnt everyday, highest has been 2963 calories,lets see i need to cross 3k/day and also consistently cross it. my rest heart is constant at 53bpm, activity one is 130bpm. stress is increasing, which again is worrying.i have set a goal of 2hrs 40 min for my blr half-marathon.lets see what i finally hit. it is 3 weeks 5 days from now
