sats sleep quite bad this morning – lesson for all u guys – only 30 score. i went to bed at 1015pm after run, but fidgeting restless till 11am. garmin captured it well – says 1054pm, woke up v early at 545am. but then during the night i was anxious, had some stressful moments, was awake for 1.15 hours in between. so light speep mainly and no REM or deep sleep. 56bpm heart is fine, but many restless moments. need to work on my sleep, guys
