X10-guys – lets all reach rishikesh as per plan A. *plan B due to landslide/rains/delays etc* if in case we are able to reach joshimath (karchi base camp), then we can try trek permutations from there – eg just do vof and skip hemkund. do other treks there if even vof not possible if we are stuck in rishikesh – no issues. we will set out and do a punjab tour ! chandigarh is only 118 kms from rishikesh ! or we can do a shimla/solan trip with some trek options there ( shimla is also only 100 km away). with pooja, we can plan mussorie etc *remember – we have own car, and thats a big plus*

X7-Hi Satish, we got the third AC installed. Since the third room did not have easy balcony access nor a power slot, we got power setup via the outside bathroom and installed AC unit on the terrace. It is next to people’s dish TV units and we also noticed that the building in front of us had done the same thing. Point being that we did our feasibility check before installing it – it seemed to be in line with what we saw. Also looked the safest way to do it. The installation guys have done this many times too. Few mins ago Ram called and said that terrace installation is not allowed. We had no way to foresee it.. he said other people who’ve done it must’ve had “supreme court permission” which seemed unreasonable for a matter like this. Just wanted to bring this to your attention in case you get a call
X6-Gud evening praseeja mam ( Association president of Arihant Apts), I have been trying to reach Mr Lekshmi Narayanan ( tenant of B10) thru every method, and on daily basis. Appu also went to his clinic, only to learn that it has been shut for a few months. I really dont know what Lekshmi Sir’s plans for my flat are, since he is not reachable ( though he reads my whatsapp messages !). With his Saaman/items inside, i also dont know what to do. However, as committed, I dont want to delay payment of the Association dues. I think it must have reached 10K by now ? Pl let me know, and i shall make the payment by gpay tomorrow itself. X5-hi saahil,bhaskar,rishabh, trust all gud at ur end. just a refresh, regarding our in-person discussions of 14th june 2025, which was documented the same day and also followed up with a clear number on 17th june 2025. *Our rent agreement is due to renewal from 1 Sept 2025, and the new rent ask is a firm 75K INCLUDING maintenance*. i hope that your goodselves have discussed amongst urselves as well. the various data points obtained the last few months (from our perspective, of course) have re-affirmed that this wud be the MINIMUM expectation, and hence the landlady remains inflexible below this number. I was very busy with some other important matters to be settled immediately, so I was not able to get in touch with you till today. I am planning to go to CHENNAI at the end of this month to rearrange all the matters and to maintain a smooth and steady functioning of the CLINIC for the public interest
