8c I agree that we are in a very unfortunate situation of the association having to face a legal notice from select residents (I second Sesh’s ask to the MC to please share the legal notice without name redaction). A recurring theme seems to be perceived loss in value of property and objection to that… when Jain heights was built, the homes who had towering structures come up behind them would have lost light, privacy, circulation which they did not expect…. can and did they protest to BBMP for sanctioning Jain heights. Similarly when the petrol pump came up. Similarly when 130 villas got increased to 200 with phase 2 and roads/club facilities (with disproportionate additions) got shared with 200 homes and I was one of the original 130… am I entitled to protest (and serve legal notice while I am at it) to the world at large because I lost value and road space…. seriously, where does this end??
